Natural Breath Awareness

Breath awareness connects the thinking brain (per frontal cortex) with the primitive brain (brain stem) and this connection has a positive effect on the limbic system where a lot of our emotional tensions are held.

This is a simple breath awareness technique that introduces you to your own breathing patterns. It induces a feeling of deep physical and mental relaxation. It to slow down the respiratory rate. As the breathing rate slows down, the mind automatically becomes more relaxed, clam and quiet.
