Are you or someone you know living through physical pain? Did you know that yoga is a safe and effective way to alleviate some of that pain?
We are hosting a very special workshop about this problem which, according to the CDC, over 50 million Americans live with every day. Join Lillie Burkons and Dr. Jessica Jenkins of University Hospitals as they come together to address pain and the role yoga has in healing.
Things you will learn from attending this workshop:
- How people experience pain in regards to the brain and the nervous system.
- The mind-body pain connection.
- Ways to help decrease chronic pain.
- How yoga can decrease the nervous systems response and in turn decrease pain.
