Ayurvedic Immersion 2026

At Lotus Flower Yoga Collective, we believe that yoga extends far beyond the mat. Principles of Ayurvedic Wellness was created especially for our community as a supportive, accessible way to deepen self-care, balance, and understanding of daily life through the lens of Ayurveda.

This four-week introductory course offers a gentle and practical exploration of Ayurveda—the ancient wisdom of living well. It’s considered the “Sister Science” of yoga, and is an ancient system of holistic wellness that teaches us how to support health through daily habits, nourishment, and understanding our unique nature. This program is designed for students of all levels. It is perfect for those who have been curious about Ayurveda and for those who want simple, sustainable ways to support digestion, energy, and a daily rhythm.

Together, we’ll explore Swasthavritta, the lifestyle teachings of Ayurveda, focusing on daily habits, nourishment, digestion, and self-awareness. Foundational concepts such as the Five Elements and the Three Doshas are introduced in an easy-to-understand way and directly applied to real life—no prior experience with Ayurveda or yoga philosophy is required.

Join us to explore simple, powerful practices that restore balance, boost health, and help you sustain vitality throughout your life.

Learn in Community, With Ongoing Support

One of the most meaningful aspects of this program is the level of guidance and care offered throughout the course. Students will have direct access to Tim Keim, Lead Teacher, and Julie Schlemmer, Assistant, for questions, reflection, and support during the program. Whether you’re navigating the cleanse, integrating new routines, or simply curious about how Ayurveda applies to your life, you won’t be doing this alone.

Learn approachable, time-tested practices that help bring the body into balance, improve overall health, and support lasting well-being.
