Welcome to Lotus Flower Yoga Collective

Yoga is a science of integrating the body, mind, and soul through practices such as movement (asana), breathing (pranayama), chanting (mantra), and meditation. Our classes are designed to guide you along the path. As your life evolves, so too will your practice. As a collective, you can explore the different yoga styles we offer guided by our experienced teachers who are expertly trained in their niche.

New to Yoga?

Know that uncertainty and apprehension can be part of the path. You are doing yourself a great favor so allow excitement and curiosity to guide the way. Bring them to the mat. Know that you cannot do it wrong. It is yoga. We will walk alongside you the whole time. You can take a look at all our class descriptions to see where to start.

The New Student Special allows unlimited classes for the first 30 days, which means you can try out all the classes you wish to find what works for you. This is a beautiful path to discover the depths of yourself.

Next Steps: Class Registration

1. Find the class you would like to take on our class schedule.

2. Register for your class on our website or through Mindbody.

3. Make sure you have signed a waiver.

4. If you are joining us in the studio, arrive 10 minutes early.

If you are joining us online, make sure you have the latest version of Zoom downloaded to your computer. Register for the online class of your choice and look for an email with a link from Lotus Flower Yoga Collective. The link will arrive one hour before the class starts and is your entrance to your session. Just click the link to enter and your Zoom platform will open and let you in. No usernames or passwords are needed.

If you can’t find your email, call the studio and we will send you a new one.
