Ashtanga Vinyasa develops focus and concentration that leads to a strong, supple body, a clear mind, and a connected heart.

Suitable for people who want to move, build strength, develop flexibility, and leave with a calm mind.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa can be translated as “to flow with intention.” The flow links breath with movement through postures to build strength and flexibility while calming the mind.
