New perspectives about your body as well as understanding your students’ bodies to be better able to help them progress in their yoga practice.

Practical tools and techniques to promote better health and wellness.

To identify your physical patterns — where they came from and how to unravel them if they’re holding you back.

To cultivate a unique and comprehensive understanding of the human body.

A simple, straightforward and honest approach to yoga, healing and overall wellness.

To connect with a community of practitioners dedicated to a deeper understanding of themselves and the world in order to promote healing in the world.

Pranayama

Breath is life and improving access to the breath is essential to good health and successful aging. Pranayama is an ancient breath technique that originates from yogic practices in India. It involves controlling your breath in different styles and lengths.

Philosophy

This teacher training program will unearth some of the hidden gems in some of the main yoga texts including the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, The Bhagavad Gita, and The Hatha Yoga Pradipika. The basic tenets of yoga philosophy are profoundly applicable in our modern-day lives.

Sequencing

Sequencing a yoga class is both an art and a science. It's an opportunity to join together movement, breath, and intention to create transformative experiences for your students. By considering students’ needs, and accounting for practical factors, you can curate a yoga class that resonates deeply, by designing sequences that are purposeful, inclusive, and empowering.

Alignment

For some reason, alignment has become a dirty word in a lot of yoga teaching. But to quote the father of modern yoga, B.K.S Iyengar: “We practice asana to create an environment of quiet and ease in the body so that the mind can also dwell in quiet and ease.” Alignment matters in the search for the balance of body, mind, and spirit.
