You can expect classes ranging from meditation and philosophy to basic and advanced asana exploration. Whether you are new to the practice or a long-term student – every workshop will have something for you.

Principles of Ayurvedic Wellness is a four-week, beginner-friendly introduction to Ayurveda—the ancient sister science of yoga and a holistic approach to living well. Created especially for the Lotus Flower Yoga Collective community, this course offers practical, accessible tools to support balance, digestion, energy, and daily rhythm.

Together, we’ll explore the foundations of Ayurveda, including the Doshas, daily habits, nourishment, and digestion, with an emphasis on real-life application. No prior experience with Ayurveda or yoga philosophy is required.

Students will learn in a supportive community environment with ongoing access to Tim Keim, Lead Teacher, and Julie Schlemmer, Part-Time Assistant, for questions and guidance throughout the program.
